information While there are some truisms about real estate (location, location!), in this hurly burly market, what worked six months ago--for that matter, what worked three weeks ago--doesn't necessarily apply today. I stay informed. I'm neither a pundit nor an ivory tower philosopher, but I have a lot of ground-level experience, which combined with my detailed market analyses can help you make more informed decisions.
