Toni Hanna is a Senior Sales Associate and Green Realtor at Pacific Union, serving the communities of the East Bay, including Oakland, Berkeley, Piedmont, Albany, El Cerrito, Emeryville, Alameda and Richmond. She is notable for her high level of service, attention to detail, clear communication, and commitment to her clients, as well as her proven track record of successfully listing and selling homes in every type of market.
It is Toni's professional, informed and honest approach, the wealth of resources she brings, her extensive knowledge of the many communities of the East Bay, and the consistently positive results she achieves for her clients, that have earned the enthusiastic loyalty of her clients, and the many referrals she receives from clients and colleagues. Toni is an East Bay homeowner and has lived here since 1982. She fortifies her real estate knowledge with her study of and admiration for good design, architecture and urban planning. She graduated from the University of California at Berkeley in 1986, a Phi Beta Kappa, with a bachelor’s degree in anthropology. She completed a year abroad at the University of Barcelona, Spain, and is fluent in Spanish and Portuguese. Prior to entering real estate in 2003, she had a 15-year career in marketing and communications and as a producer of award-winning television and films (including two Emmy’s for several of her broadcast programs). That background informs the visual and marketing acumen she brings to her real estate practice.
Toni is a member of the California Association of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors and the Oakland Association of Realtors. She was honored as a top producer in 2005 and 2008. She received her GREEN certification from the National Association of Realtors in 2009, which qualifies her to advise her clients on the many ecologically sustainable options and money-saving green features available to homeowners today. In her spare time, Toni is an avid yoga practitioner, gardener, reader and world traveler.
